Massive respect goes to the rider who despite 'de-railing' his bike at Bocking on the downhill section was so determined to carry on that, instead of going to seek medical attention, he carried on with the event and conclusively beat then train on its return from Keighley to Oxenhope. The Cycling for Life team have offered him one of our charity cycling shirts to replace the one seen in this pic!!
